AB - Summary: When evaluating vascular supply, a combined angiography and CT (angio-CT) system provides more accurate vascular anatomy than digital subtraction angiography. To the best of our knowledge, however, the application for intracranial tumors has not been described. We herein describe a technique of an angio-CT system for diagnosis of vascular anatomy of the feeding artery for preoperative embolization of meningeal tumors.
