AB Summary: We present a case in which a stent-graft was used to treat an aneurysm of the vertebrobasilar junction. According to our literature search, this is one of the first cases involving the intracranial placement of a stent-graft and the first case in which an aneurysm of the vertebrobasilar junction was treated in this manner. A stent-graft can be useful device for the neuroendovascular treatment of aneurysms in select patients.
