AB We describe three cases of acute disseminated encephalomyelitis (an immune-mediated inflammatory demyelinating disease of the central nervous system) and their histology, showing different radiological features. One appearance is a few ring-shaped enhancing lesions, which are found predominantly in the supratentorial white matter, the other is solid disseminated lesions.
